James, the company owner fitted our new boiler. He kept in contact with my husband about when the boiler was going to be delivered to him, and the likely day he would be available. James fitted the boiler as soon as he could, which meant after a full days work – he worked till 10.05pm. Overall James was very professional and concientious. When he was in our home he was very engaging, polite and his work neat and tidy. When he left he said “I’m on the end of the phone”. Work people don’t usually say that. We would definitely recommend this company and absolutely use them again.

We called them out for an emergency job at night as a screw went through a heating pipe. They came out quickly and made everything safe so we were still ok to have heating till it was fixed.
